This is excellent thank you. Just read this summary for now but will read the report. I've got a paper under review looking at some of what's going on in Wales around all this. One of the things I didn't really examine closely enough - and should've really now thinking about it - was questioning the extent of the additionality (partly because the specifics are tricky to show). I need to delve into this more so this is perfect thank you. When the government is offering grants, there is a market for timber anyway - how can credits be proven to be the financial mechanism that leads to the tree planting?

Considering that stopping beef consumption would save so much more forest, wetland and ocean algae, intact ecosystems at that, is instant too… shouldn’t those of us happily doing so just also get payed 25 pounds a week by heathrow for the deconsumption offset? lol
