Either regulations are mandatory or does not regulation at all. Carbon Tanzania climb the price of carbon to sit in an open market. This is absurd as communities in Tanzania are not even allowed at the table to negotiate the sale of their own resources and assets. Is this so dissimilar to colonization, exploitation of Africa's resources, and even the slave trade. You could go as far as to say this is another example of what supremacy.
