NIHT’s REDD project in Papua New Guinea was the subject of an excellent recent documentary by ABC’s Four Corners. The documentary, “Carbon Colonialism” highlights serious problems with NIHT’s project, including the fact that the benefits from the project have not reached the local communities living in the project area.
